PAL OFFNER BALLOON SKIRT

Pal Offner Balloon Skirt in luxury black, stretch, tricot fabric, great soft feel to it. Gathered elasticated waist, pull-on style. Tulip shaped with folded fabric details. Longer at the rear. A beautiful shaped skirt in a soft luxury fabric, which matches the jacket and coat in the same fabric. Sizes are 1-2 with we are calling small, but is a small/medium and 3-4 which we are calling medium/large.
