Delivery Information

At Corniche we use two methods of delivery; FedEx and Royal Mail. Customers can choose which carrier they would prefer, otherwise we automatically use who we believe to be the best for each individual delivery. Over the years we have experienced that customers in certain countries are best served using one or the other. The delivery charge is the same no matter which carrier is used and our criteria is efficiency of service.

All deliveries are trackable and will require a signature on delivery

UK - FedEx or Royal Mail Special Delivery - £6.95
Delivery is guaranteed next day delivery if despatched Monday - Friday (bank holidays excepted)

EU - FedEx or Royal Mail International (3 to 7 days) - £9.95
International Signed For is a fast, reliable service. Trackable

WORLD - FedEx or Royal Mail International Signed For (3 to 7 days) - £16.95
International Signed For is a fast, reliable service. Trackable

VAT FREE SHOPPING FOR NON UK CUSTOMERS
Corniche provides VAT FREE shopping for those customers living outside the United Kingdom. VAT is currently 20% of the price of any item.
For Non-UK customers this amount will be automatically deducted from the price at the Checkout.
(eg. if item costs £395.00 gbp then Non-UK customers will be charged £330.00)

DUTY PAYABLE OUTSIDE THE UK
In some instances duty on goods delivered by Corniche outside the UK will be liable to local customs duty or sales tax, Corniche is not responsible for this and the payment of any duty or tax required is the sole responsibility of the buyer.
